A Belgian Title
In Belgian French, dikkenek describes a boastful, arrogant person who thinks very highly of themselves.

Prononcer « Diquenèque »
Jean-Claude is a loud-mouthed, know-it-all and full time boor who is best friends with Stef, a self-styled lady killer who would do better with the fairer sex if he could work up the ambition to wake up in the morning. Stef has decided that he may need some help in finding the woman of his dreams, and embracing loyalty rather than logic he turns to Jean-Claude for advice.
Why it's in the Vault
Dikkenek has the ingredients of a cult comedy: outrageous personalities, deliciously abrasive dialogue and a distinctly Belgian sense of absurdity. François Damiens is a particular highlight as Claudy Focan, a character whose sheer comic presence can make even the smallest scene memorable. Yet the film's fragmented storytelling and succession of increasingly eccentric encounters struggle to sustain the same energy across its entire running time. At times, the experience becomes more exhausting than entertaining. A film whose humor can be magnificent even when the film itself is difficult to finish.
